I recently bought a living room set at Furniture Direct in Hastings & I am so happy with the service that I received! Sue took so much time with me to make sure I got the perfect furniture. She even texted with me multiple times before I had even been in the store & answered all my questions. I've been buying furniture since 1987 & this was the best experience I've ever had. Another thing, when my furniture was being delivered they discovered it wasn't going to fit in my living room. Oops! I called Dave & he was so nice about it & told me to not worry about it. I was scared they would charge twice for the delivery, but they didn't! The delivery guys met me at the store to measure the 2nd set to make sure it wasn't too big and took it to my house right away. Everyone there did an amazing job and I'm so happy with my new sofa and love seat. I definitely recommend Furniture Direct.

I needed a new mattress and didn't want to spend a lot on downsizing from a Queen to a Full Size mattress. Sales lady was awesome and helped me pick out a comfortable mattress and within my budget. It was delivered and put together by the delivery men and they hauled my old 25 year old mattress away. So grateful for that. Not sure if me or my cat enjoys the new mattress more. Thanks again.
